Mill Cottage, Marsh Mills is a lovely little converted flour mill in the village of Aveton Gifford, 4 miles from Kingsbridge. The property has parking directly outside as well as a great, private south-facing sitting terrace overlooking the mill pond. The rear gardens which are also used by the owners are very beautiful with various areas and seating, and are great for a stroll by the mill stream to see the ducks in the orchard and the donkeys nearby.
